Work is progressing well at Oatlands, where we are delivering fire sprinkler systems across seven blocks of flats for Avant Homes.

Installation is currently progressing through Block 1, with a further six blocks to follow as the development moves forward. Across the site, the systems are being installed using a domestic tank and PDV setup, selected to suit the layout and requirements of the development.

Before installation began, we worked closely with Avant Homes through extensive pre-contract meetings to establish how the sprinkler systems would be delivered across the site. This early coordination has provided clear direction throughout the installation process and helped ensure the systems meet the specific requirements of the development while remaining fully compliant with relevant standards.
