We are nearing completion at Jenny Gray House in Lochgelly, where we have designed and installed fire sprinkler systems across a development providing 44 homes for older residents, including a dedicated extra care facility.

The project is being delivered by Robertson Partnership Homes for Fife Council as part of the Phase 3 Affordable Housing Programme, with our scope covering 25 residential plots and the extra care building.

The site includes different levels of sprinkler protection to reflect the requirements of each building. The extra care facility is protected to Category 3, providing a higher level of sprinkler protection to reflect its intended use and the needs of future residents.

The surrounding homes are protected to Category 2, providing an additional level of fire protection for residents who may require additional support.
