We are pleased to be starting our first project with J. Smart & Co. (Contractors) PLC at Primrose Lane in Rosyth, where we will be delivering sprinkler systems across 36 affordable homes.

Four of the properties on the site require Category 2 sprinkler protection to meet the different fire safety requirements across the development. The project includes a mix of terraces, cottage flats and wheelchair-accessible bungalows. Each will have its own sprinkler system designed to suit the layout and requirements of the property.

Rather than installing a separate pump and tank in every property, one communal system will serve the whole site.
