Works have progressed smoothly on Block 1 at Oatlands for Avant Homes with another 6 blocks of flats still to come across the development.

Across all 7 blocks, we are installing sprinkler systems using a domestic tank and PDV setup, as it best suited the layout and requirements of the site. Different developments bring different requirements, and being able to adapt our install methods while staying fully compliant is a key part of our work.

Before starting on site, we spent extensive time in pre-contract meetings with Avant Homes, working through how the fire sprinklers would look across the development. That due diligence on the client’s part has led to clear directions on site.
