We are approaching the final stages of our work at Jenny Gray House in Lochgelly, where we have designed and installed sprinkler systems throughout a development that will provide 44 homes for older residents, including a dedicated extra care facility.

The project is being delivered byRobertson Partnership Homes for Fife Council as part of the Phase 3 Affordable Housing Programme, with our scope covering 25 residential plots and the extra care building.

Not every building on the site has the same requirements. The extra care facility is protected to Category 3, a higher level of sprinkler protection to reflect how the building will be used and the needs of future residents.

The surrounding homes are protected to Category 2, with many residents likely to require additional support, the fire safety strategy has been designed to provide an extra level of protection.

Completion is expected in August 2026.
