We are pleased to be starting work with Lovell Homes (Lovell Partnerships Ltd) at their new Dechmont development in West Lothian.

Our scope covers 23 plots to BS 9251:2021, supplied by a single communal pump and tank system.

A communal pump and tank is often the most efficient solution on developments like this. By allocating space for the plant room during the design stage, one central system can serve the whole development, helping reduce both installation and long-term maintenance costs.

As with every project, the sprinkler systems will be designed and installed entirely by our own in-house team.
