We are pleased to add Beat Street East at Edinburgh Park to our upcoming workload, where we will be delivering fire sprinkler systems for 160 affordable homes across 6 blocks of flats being developed by Places for People

Our scope covers BS 9251:2021 sprinkler systems throughout the development, supplied by a communal tank and pump system with backup power.

Although we are not due on site until early 2027, projects of this scale start long before installation begins. Early engagement allows key design decisions to be agreed well in advance and helps set the project up for smooth delivery once construction progresses. Communication with Stuart Insh has been excellent throughout this process, helping keep discussions productive and key decisions moving forward.

Affordable housing continues to be an important part of Edinburgh's growth, and we look forward to playing our part in the development.
