Qualifications:
- In the first year, trainees will look to gain BAFSA L1
- After 3 years of experience, trainees will be able to complete the BAFSA SFJ L2 Certificate in Fire Sprinkler Installation.
Trainee Sprinkler Fitter
We offer in-house training, with close monitoring from our HR manager, to ensure your training is heading in the right direction. Our programme includes on site training from skilled mentors who have gone through the programme to become fully qualified. Our HR and Safety Manager, Ashley, has a hands-on support approach, where we conduct quarterly meetings with the trainee and their mentor, to discuss performance and any development needs.

- - CSCS card
- - Valid driver’s licence
